Sani Konukoğlu, who experienced the difficulties caused by the lack of a modern health center equipped with modern technology in Gaziantep, started the establishment of SANKO University Hospital in 1993 and continued his work until he passed away in 1994. Realizing the ideal of Sani Konukoğlu, SANKO University Hospital, which his family put into operation in August 1996, is one of the largest health institutions brought to Turkey Republic today.
